How will tuber presales work?

Sale dates will be announced and posted on the banner across the top of the homepage.  The tubers are not reserved until you complete checkout (this is a function of Shopify and is outside of our control).

When will tubers ship?

We expect to begin shipping tubers in late January, weather permitting.  Heat packs will be available for tubers shipping through cold climates, however, there may be climates that do not allow for shipping until after winter.  For customers in those climates we will allow you to schedule when your order will ship.  

How will tubers ship?

Shipping is available to the continental US and will be sent via UPS (or USPS to PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii) We will do our best to combine orders where possible for no charge. Tubers will be individually wrapped, individually labeled and will ship with packing protection in order to ensure safe delivery.  Local pickup is also available, we are located in Newnan, GA which is down I-85 roughly 30-minutes south of Atlanta.  If picking up locally, please contact us directly to schedule a pickup time.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Please contact us at sales@justpeachyflowers.com for any issues with your order.  Please do not create public social media posts to discuss issues with your order, as this will not expedite your request (and we do not have the capability to monitor all pages and groups).

All sales are final, however, if we realize there is an issue with your order that is clearly not your fault we will work with you to remedy the situation (damage in shipping, lost packages, wrong products, sent, missing products, etc.) You must notify us within 48 hours of the order's arrival for any issues or discrepancies with your order.  If we notice there is an issue with your tuber prior to shipping we will notify you immediately and arrange either a replacement or issue a refund.  

In the event of an issue with shipping (carrier delays, shipping damage, etc.), we may ask you to take photographs of the shipping box or tubers to assist in expediting insurance claims.  We appreciate your patience and participation for such events.

What guarantee do you offer?

We guarantee that your tuber will bloom true to variety.  Mistakes do happen (tubers take a long route between planting, identification, harvesting, diving, and storage).  We understand your frustration in these situations!  Even the largest and most respected farms have accidently sent mislabeled tubers (we have been on the receiving end of this!).  In the event a mistake happens and it does not bloom true to form, please reach out to us - we will issue a credit either good for a replacement or a tuber of similar value next fall.  Please inspect your tubers within 48 hours of arrival to ensure that no damage has occurred to them during shipping.  Once your tubers arrive, you are responsible for proper storage, planting, and growing - we do not replace tubers lost to storage difficulties or planting conditions (rot in wet soil, etc).  In the extremely rare event that a tuber is blind and does not grow we will work with you to remedy the situation (we may ask for pictures in these situations).
