***Note: You must choose upgraded 2 day air shipping (or be within a 2 day UPS ground radius of Atlanta, GA) if requiring a heat pack as the pack's effectiveness will reduce over time.  

A heat pack and insulated box is strongly recommended for shipping through colder months.  Please keep in mind that your destination may not seem cold enough to require this, but the route the package travels through (from Atlanta, GA) could be substantially colder causing tuber / cutting damage.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund / replace tubers or cuttings damaged if a heat pack and insulated box were not purchased.  One heat pack should be sufficient for most orders.
